$800-1,100/weekly with Commissions & Bonuses

 No Dirt Solutions is in the process of expansion and is constantly looking for the best of the best – dedicated salespeople, customer service reps, telemarketers and people interested in opportunities to help others while also being able to help themselves.


Currently two locations, Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park, we market and distribute state-of-the-art home cleaning equipment from an over 100 year old American made company. 


In this role, you will learn:

Our Leadership team will provide hands-on product training and continuous mentoring to help ensure your success. Long term career opportunities are available based on performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service with current and prospective customers
  • Promote brand awareness for a global, 100+ year old brand
  • Secure recommendations, sales and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge on new and evolving equipment
  • Demonstrate product while referencing features and emphasizing benefits
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare contracts for orders obtained during the sales process
  • Build sustainable client relations built on integrity and trust we are actively recruiting, so don’t delay!


 

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience, Competencies and Education:

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks.
  • Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations.
  • Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.
  • Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values.
  • Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions.
